Returns/exchanges will be accepted if sent back in original condition and will be at buyer’s cost (if item needs shipped). If porch pickup, buyer is responsible for bringing item back. Please note that personalized items are not eligible for refunds due to the customization.

All issues must be reported within 7 days of item completion for porch pickup, or delivery for shipments. Damaged item? Do not wash, message me IMMEDIATELY. Issues not reported within 7 days may not be resolved as it has been in your possession for over a week.
